Here comes Tacoma Hounds’ Hurling and Camogie Rookie Day number 2!

Last week we went over general introductory knowledge and rules as well as a few basic skills. A bit of ground hurling, how to perform the roll-lift and strike from the hand. We also discussed the GAA and several conversational topics about our organization.

This week we tackle more advanced ground striking, more lifts, the handpass, and defensive play. It’s okay if you missed last week, we’ll catch you up. Just grab some water and cleats (if you have them) and come on out. Everything else will be provided.
